MY STORY

 

Have you ever had a burning question you knew you had to figure out no matter what?

The kind of question that keeps you up at night, and comes and goes for weeks, months, and even years?

 

That's what happened to me...

Since I was 9 years old I was obsessed with answering one particular question, which was:

 

"What’s my ultimate potential?"

 

I knew that by answering this question, I would discover who I was meant to be and how I would positively impact the world.

While in high school, the answer to this question became clear...so I made the decision to become a university professor.

 

I knew I had a passion for knowledge and that through this profession I’d be able to serve many people.

 

So I spent the next 8 years obtaining my bachelor's degree, my master's degree, and applying for my doctorate degree to the top university for my major. Naturally, the worldwide competition for that university was fierce, and after applying several times, I didn’t get accepted.

 

For months I felt like a complete failure, and it broke my spirit...

This time it led me to explore the world of personal development, where I started learning more about human psychology, self-leadership, peak performance, influence, and most importantly, coaching.

This time it led me to explore the world of personal development, where I started learning more about human psychology, self-leadership, peak performance, influence, and most importantly, coaching.

As I started to understand coaching more, I began to see how it wasn’t just a tool to help people move forward in life, but it also was a leadership style that’s designed to unlock an individual’s ultimate potential.

It was at that moment I realized,

THIS is who I was meant to be.

THIS is what I was meant to do.

Today, as an internationally certified coach & trainer, and founder of the Murad Social Consultancy Company...

I’m on a mission to help leaders develop coaching as their main style of leadership so it can empower them to master themselves, influence others, and create extraordinary ​results in their personal & professional lives.

When it comes to my personal & professional development, I want you to know that, I practice what I preach.

Ever since I started my coaching journey, I must have consumed dozens of courses, books, and audiobooks. I've also surrounded myself with mentors and multiple high-level coaches to help take ME to the next level.

I invest tens of thousands of dollars per year on my personal & professional development so that I can be a high-level coach for high-level leaders.
